Noel Chapman, Office Manager
Noel Chapman joined Amethyst Medical Group in July 2007. Noel came to Amethyst Medical Group with extensive experience in the medical field. She thrives on the challenges of learning new things and helping to make a difference in any situation. She joined Amethyst Medical Group expecting to enhance her learning in the medical field, while assisting in what she is best at...organizing and managing.
Noel has had the opportunity to work in such fields as Family Practice, Cardiology, Hospital Administration, Neurology, Urgent Care and in Website Design.
Noel provides support to the practice as the patient advocate for insurance and billing issues. She also performs many standard business office functions on a daily basis.

Iola joined the practice in 2003.
Jelena Megill, Certified Medical Assistant
Jelena joined Amethyst Medical Group in April 2003. Jelena is a Certified Medical Assistant with more than 8 years experience in the medical field. Jelena has had the opportunity to work in such fields as Family Practice and Urgent Care.
Jelena shares the responsibility for obtaining pertinent records to ensure Dr. Loesch has all information regarding your treatment during your office visit. Jelena also schedules follow up tests, including CT scans, MRIs, referrals to other physicians and labwork. She also assists patients with the ordering of supplements.
